I caught these fish on a outing with my family on the Masonboro Inlet in Wilmington, NC, in the summer of 2002. They didn't give much of a fight. I thought they were very unusual so I decided to keep them. They were cleaned and the skeletons were used for the monoprint. I hope you enjoy looking at them as much as I enjoyed catching and painting them.
